Nature, Bliss, & Optimal Health
We invite you to enjoy a blissful weekend retreat of yoga, meditation, pranayama, massage, acupuncture, hiking, swimming, organic food, and more! Yoga is a form of movement meditation that can bring joy, clarity, and peace to your life by helping you to truly live in the moment. Immersed in the natural beauty and changing leaves of the Ouachita National Forest in Arkansas, you will be able to reconnect with your spirit, enliven your body, and let your heart sing.
Spend mornings with a cup of artisan tea and a gourmet organic breakfast while overlooking the Little Missouri River, followed by a strong Vinyasa Flow yoga practice. Afternoons are “yogi’s choice” and can involve hiking, swimming, relaxing, a private Thai Yoga session, or acupuncture treatment. Relax with an early evening restorative yoga class & meditation, and then celebrate the evening with delicious food, music, dancing, and drumming around the campfire. A few more surprises may be in store!
Please bring materials for writing, drawing, music, or photography as you wish since this is a time of self-reflection, discovery, and inner peace. All meals are mindfully prepared, organic, and tri-doshic, and are included in the price. Special requests made in advance are welcomed.
